On the topic of the natural man’s inherent ability to respond positively: 1) Since the Fall or, 2) since the crucifixion of Christ, to the Gospel. His innate ability to say, “Yes,” when presented with the Gospel, in and of his own free will, unencumbered by any internal or external influence, without any intervention needed by God.
